Houseman of the Royal Court of Daenor
Finarfean Avaulmelth is the houseman of the Royal Court of Daenor. His main duty is to ensure that any visitors to Daenor are vetted and correctly either dispelled from the settlement or taken to the appropriate audience.
He has been a wise council to Nienna Daenorin and Eärendur for many years and is trusted by the Royal court to ensure that their meetings are scheduled on time and with the correct people for the most efficent outcome.
He was present at the expelling of Lavanel Daenorin from Daenor and although it saddened him to have her banished, he will uphold his duty as houseman and not allow her reentry, unless otherwise instructed by her parents.

He has a tattoo of a tree on his forehead, which was drawn on when he gained his title as houseman. It symbolisies his commitment to the Royal Court and House Daenor by showing the series of connected branches that make the whole entwined and strong.

Finarfean was given the role of Houseman when the elder houseman passed. He has been serving the court for the last 117 years and has yet to cause upset within Daenor.
He is a handsome elf, and trained as part of the Royal Guard before being assigned as Houseman. He has skill with a blade and his Elven shortswords passed down from his father are his prizes possesions.
