Hinonila

Hinonila is a silver dragonborn. She is the current Emperor of Mitzu in regency until her son Ando comes of age. 
Following the assassination of her husband and former Emperor, Hinonanba, Hinonila took her son and was helped by the Arakon into hiding in the safe room in the Cerulean Palace. As such, she ensured the Imperial line survived the coup attempt of Vaki Sani.
She now presides as Regent Emperor until her son comes of age.
