Jing
Overview
Although he has numerous aspects, Jing is primarily known as an incorrigible rogue, a charming thief, and an almighty trickster. He is also known as the lord of beggars, robbers, and cutpurses. Of mischief, pranks, and fools. Of gamblers, fortune, and misfortune. The stories and tales that these ancient people have handed down say that Jing was an adventuring god, and that he has played tricks on all of creation throughout history. They say that he is capricious, and that he has stolen from everyone and everything. They say he took shadow from the darkness, time from the universe, and life from creation itself. And what he could not take directly, they say, he gained through trickery. He fooled animals into giving him their gifts, bluffed plants into giving up their secrets, and tricked lesser gods into giving him their treasures. He is the ultimate rogue, and has ultimate and complete power over the universe, but seeks only to keep his tricks and jokes going.Divine Domains
