Malachar is a Daemonic Harbinger that makes it's home in the cracks of The Silent Lands. It resembles a human boy with jaundiced eyes when viewed directly, but looks like an amalgamation of rotting or withered body parts when seen indirectly. It is said that when mortals first became aware of the relentless passage of time and the inevitability of aging, Malachar seized upon their dread, feeding on their anguish and despair. Furthermore, Malachar holds sway over those who yearn for immortality, enticing them with forbidden knowledge and radical paths to transcend the mortal coil. It whispers sinister secrets into the ears of alchemists, necromancers, and seekers of forbidden arts, offering them the tantalizing promise of eternal life at a great cost.
