The treasure is lost at sea and there will be a local group that use the treasure for feeding an ancient magic consuming beast that protects their area. The reason the ship sunk is the family refused to pay the toll to the beast in the first instance. He will offer them a 25gp reward to find it and 10% of the value of the items on their safe return. Lutzen will also send word of a forthcoming forclosure of the shop and that he believes it could be a strong business venture and way to sell off their unwanted magic items.
