Jaina Caleil

Jaina is the eldest daughter of Jass, and slated to inherit the titles and duties of Lady of Boldern Tower. She is usually quiet and introverted, and can be quick to anger when her studies are interrupted. She rarely makes eye contact and prefers to stay only with people she is very familiar with, if anyone. Still, despite her prickliness, she performs her familial duties well. Outside of her countless hours spent studying magic, experimenting with herbalism and alchemy, and reading romance novels (a guilty pleasure which only Trent and the Librarians seem to know, since the others in the house often accuse her of having zero interest in love or romance of any kind), she stays abreast of political and current affairs and issues about the Tower to some extent. Her magical skills are potent, and those who have witnessed them know she's more than just an apprentice. She isn't fully fledged as a wizard, though. Most of the spells Trent or others close to her have seen her cast are fairly mundane, such as heating or cooling a substance, altering the air, or igniting flames. Quotes: Her: "I like to read.
