Secret

There are two things you need in an organization like the The Arbiters Money and Information, and Secret knows everything there is about the latter. Her Job in the Arbiters is to be the information broker for the teams that need it and even the ones that don't. Secret has the pulse of the entire city at her fingertips and there isn't anything anywhere she can't find out given enough time or at least know who's hiding that information.

"If you want to know something ask Secret there isn't much she doesn't know and what she doesn't is usually too dangerous to know anyways." - The Arbiter

Appearance

Secret is an enigmatic figure, often seen blending seamlessly into the background. Her attire consists of practical yet inconspicuous black clothing including a mask which she hardly ever removes, allowing her to navigate Arbor's streets without drawing undue attention.

Personality

Secret is quite an expressive character unable to vocalize properly but through her extremely expressive eyes, body language and sign language usually manages to get her point across quickly. A magpie like personality that is constantly hunting for the next piece of information

Background

It's hard to say where Secret grew up or how she found her way to the Arbiters but from her appearance mannerisms and clothing it's very likely she grew up rough on the streets of the Twigs trying her best to survive.

Relationships

She maintains a close relationship with Monitor as the pair are often working together

Allegiance

The only allegiance she holds is to The Arbiters of Memory and is fiercely loyal to them
