There are three subgroups of companies that exist within arbor separated by how much influence they wield over the city. Each of the categories does not have a hard set of rules for it's category though and many companies may move between the various sections as time passes.

A new power within the city will they rise or fall?

A minor power within the city often answering to one of the major powers but still looking to move up in the world

The Major players within the city with a seat on the silver council.
...

Those companies no longer a part of Arbor though their effect may still linger.
