Eckbert Silverkeeper
Ruler of the lands, Eckbert Silverkeeper is a man who likes to pretend he is al good while often not having the greatest of intentions. He likes to keep his lands pure and devoid any weird non-humanoid characters (he'll only keep those who will obey him, behave and worship the same gods).
Eckbert is now looking to wage a war on the (half) Orcs settled in one of the villages, after he has already famously conquered these lands years ago from the Dwarfs, slaughtering their leader Thalgur Leadstone.
Eckbert is obsessed with his Gods and often misquotes them, he sees them as the purest forms of Arborians and is obsessed with blood purity. He will find anything in the manuscript to use and twist around, anything at all to get what he wants.
He is very fond of his son Luther, whom he has raised to be firm and just, often critisizing his wife for "buttering Luther up". His wife is a cousin of his, this all to ensure the house would remain in the hands of the Silverkeep dynasty, who have been ruling over the Arborians as a group for centuries.
Eckbert is best described as someone who can be charming on the surface to those he likes, but vindictive and mean on the inside. He values intelligence over kindness and is a staunch believer in educating all his citizens to the best of their ability in languages, combat, algebra and other sciences so that he can have a strong army when the day comes.
