After slaying the huge water elemental, they nonetheless wanted to find where it had come from. Using magic they got an approximate location and swam down there. They found the home of Sahuagin, humanoids with fish looking heads that typically live in oceans. After killing some of the guards, Chloe managed to intimidate one of the civilians to tell them what was going on and where the elemental had come from. She told them that the priestesses had summoned it and agreed to take the group to them.

They found the priestesses around an altar with an orb placed upon it and within the orb they could see the opalescent eyes of the elemental they had fought. Chloe incapacitated the priestesses and they tied them up and gagged them, after which Demetrius slit the priestesses' throats while the others argued about what to do with them.   Taking the orb with them, they decided to leave the rest of the Sahuagin alive like Chloe had promised the woman she'd convinced to show them to the priestesses. However, Chloe intimidated one of the Sahuagin guards into agreeing that they would all leave and go live somewhere else.
