Discovery, Exploration
After doing some research about Contraria, the country that Kira was from, Aon teleported together with Sonata and Yelro. Having never been there, only studying maps, they ended up in a different forest than Aon had intended. However, that turned out to be a bit of luck as they ended up closer to the forest where Kira's parents were living. Using Yelro's wind walk they could cover a lot of distance in a short time and they found a small hut where it looked like people had been living. Yelro used magic to make them a hiding place nearby and they settled down to wait.
Hours later, Kira's parents showed up. Both of them looked haggard and malnourished, like they'd been living out in the wild for a very long time. Aon decided to approach them and they reacted with fear and suspicion. After a bit of a struggle with the language barrier, Kira's mother, Seina, figured out that they could all speak elvish. She explained that shortly after Kira had run away ten years ago, their use of magic had been discovered by the then leaders of Contraria. Magic was restricted and only allowed to be used by select individuals. Seina and Karl, her husband, had been imprisoned but managed to escape. They had been moving around, living in the wilderness since. Lately they'd heard that the previous leaders of Contraria had been overthrown by someone who claimed that she was a goddess. She allegedly performed miracles and granted people's wishes to prove her power and she was amassing an army from the people of Contraria. Seeing no deceit or ill intent from Seina and Karl, the group decided to bring them back to Sandholm with them. They paid for a room at the inn for them for a month to begin with.
