Ashdare River

This river is the second longest and largest in Arburg. It gets dirties the lower it is in its course. It is the dirtiest and most polluted where it runs through Eflaria. By the time it gets to its delta (see Ashdare Delta), it is pretty nasty. Its source is in the Misty Mountains. Neska takes care to keep it clean, and it is still quite clean and clear even after it leaves Lake Helena.

Geography

It flows from the eastern Misty Mountains down into the Great Ocean on the southern coast area of Arburg.

Fauna & Flora

Because of its dirtiness, there is little life further downstream, with the exception of the delta. Upstream, however, there is a large variety of fish, insects and plants. Though not as readily eaten as in Spoital, some of the plants and animals are eaten by Neska and Pleosal.
