Octavia Serreno

Octavia Serreno is the matriarch of the Serreno Clan. Residing in Santa Bella, Octavia manages many aspects of the slave trade to and from the borders of Qirek. Octavia and her family are half-orcs, and maintain a tumultuous relationship with the opposing Bolivar Clan. Currently it seems as though the two families are faring well.
Octavia devotes her time to communications with various slave traders around Montevillo and Qirek, as well as consistent attendance at the numerous fighting rings and gambling houses in the city of Santa Bella. Her temperament is even and firm, expressing occasional sociopathic tendencies, but otherwise maintaining a sensible, if intimidating facade. This intimidating nature is only furthered by her height and immense frame. She has experience in fighting rings as a young woman and is therefore very well-built.
She has recently been captured by Commander Tao Artemiev of the royal guard, for unknown reasons.
