Shin
Shinowa Yurok (a.k.a. Shin)
Making his first appearance in Session 17, Shin was a resident of Saricho, the small boating village in the middle of the Esteban Desert. Shin had a strangely friendly countenance, and addressed everyone as 'brothers' and 'sisters', much to the discomfort of the party. Shin was a close advisor of Bai Sen and took care of Saricho's children. He seemed to abide by the rules of the village, having never read a book, and with a strong aversion to the outside world. Like the rest of Saricho's inhabitants, he had faith that the sea would come to the village. Despite his off-putting nature, he did not cause any harm with malicious intent towards the party.
The group had several interactions with Shin, firstly as a warm-ish welcome to the village of Saricho, where he offered to show them around and introduce them to Bai Sen. He later collected water for Nydyr, which was discovered to be salt water. This provoked many questions about Saricho's people and their livelihoods, or lack thereof.
Shin was briefly kidnapped by the party after Moses took on his appearance as posed as him to the villagers of Saricho. During his kidnapping, he suffered several small concussions, courtesy of Aries. The party then confirmed their suspicions of the Sarichans' undead-ness, when they realised that Shin did not have a pulse, and his hands were noticeably clammy.
The group, abrasive as ever, revealed this to Shin, triggering a brief breakdown. However, after Grandpa Toko and Bai Sen were sacrificed, he was presumed to have died a second and final time.

General Physical Condition
Shin was a handsome young man, seemingly in his late teens, with minor elvish traits and dark ashy skin. His hair reached his shoulders, and he wore a simple white robe, with basic leather bindings on his feet.
