The snapdagger is a simple flintlock pipe and and trigger mechanism, which stretches out into a small dagger, or spike more so. The weapon does not offer much protection and would be near useless in proper combat, though the single shot mechanism and dagger was made to be cheap and easy to hide away.

History

The Snapdagger is an easily hid assassins tool, developed for the purpose of being used by the Dyskhari Bladedancers on assassination missions. The pistol and dagger combination, while far less effective than any single dagger or pistol, was invented to be easily hid away within a sleeve or sock. Once pulled, the long range shot could take a fleeing target out, while the dagger itself could still be maintained as a weapon.
Though it was built to replace both large knives and the Pocket Ringer for the sole purpose of assassination, it has not seen any widespread use as the gun part is worthless in compare to any competent knife-thrower that state, the weapon is best used never loaded and just used like a dagger to avoid the explosive sound of a gun going off.
It nowadays exist more as a cultural relic and collectors item within the Dyskhari Imperium and never got to see proper action.
