Amberwatch

A massive farming city and commonly referred to as the breadbasket of Kentro. Large herds of cockatrice and hippogriffs roam the plains to the north; both of which are hunted for food and crafting by a guild of skilled hunters and rangers. Lake Poniard also provides a robust fishing industry.

Its prime location right off the Unity Highway greatly contributed to its success as an agricultural juggernaut, but it also unfortunately made it easy pickings for the Slaadi horde on their way along the highway to Ceadun. The watery Leviathan arose from Lake Poniard and washed away the city's defenses, leaving it vulnerable to the ravenous horde.

Kentro as a whole is likely to feel the impact of this loss for some time, as rebuilding efforts will doubtlessly be slowed by the lack of food and resources coming out of the area.
