Karum

Karum used to be a relatively isolated port town until the construction of the Unity Highway which connected it to the rest of Kentro. Despite its access to the Glittering Sea, Karum does not see much in the way of international trade, as few ports lie along the southern coast of the Feldren Badlands and the cities of the Sylvanlands tend to forgo naval travel.

Before the Unity Highway, Karum only had Oasia as a consistent trading partner, in which Oasia often exchanged construction expertise and metalworking for Karum's bountiful oceanic harvests. Clusters of small islands and coral shoals dot the seas beyond Karum, making it a vibrant fishing settlement that highly values divers and sailors.
