Shadehaven Manor
Originally constructed way back during the reign of Antecea, Shadehaven Manor has seen countless residents over a lengthy, lengthy tenure within the inner wards of Crucible
For many decades, it sat empty and delapidated, but was purchased and refurbished in the early 1210s by a minor aristocrat with a penchant for "antiques." Despite the great cost it took to renovate the manor, the nobleman fled from it not two years after its completion with barely a word as to why.
And so the manor's ownership lapsed back into the hands of the crown who then offered it as a reward to the adventuring party that defeated the lich Shepherd and repelled his forces from the city. It was then that the reasoning for the previous owners departure became clear: the manor was quite haunted.
Indeed, the spirit of its original owner, the Antecean Magister Lucian Copernicus still resided within the building. Far from a malevolent poltergeist, Copernicus was quite thrilled to finally have people to talk to again.
Under the party's purview, many fun additions were installed on the premises, including a teleportation circle, a stable, an alchemy and enchantment laboratory, a revamp of the manor's library, a microbrewery, and a trampoline, to name a few. Additionally, a small market stall was set up at the front of the property to sell a proprietary blend of Tricksy Juice.
