Skala

Skala is a trade route city situated on a bridge that spans the Red River Canyon, making it the only point of crossing for miles in either direction. The bridge predates the town, supposedly built by the elves ages ago. In the times when Kentro was more fractured, it served as a pivotal location in many territorial wars.

Regrettably, the city was not spared by the Slaadi horde as they marched through the area. An attempt at an evacuation across the bridge was made, but the Elder Tempest summoned by The Heralds of Aevilok destroyed a large portion of the bridge and doomed those unlucky enough to have not yet crossed into the Gilded Plains.
