Welby’s physical form is a little unnerving, but helpful to have. I like the idea that we won’t lose people so easily. When my friends pass, they can stick around and we can spend time together. When I do, I’ll still be able to spend time with my family. Maybe in time we’ll… hm, this might lead to a kind of overpopulation? I guess that’s an issue for later. I do wonder what sustains Welby’s form, and how long it will last, as all flesh decays eventually.

Something about my own words just made me nauseous again. Welby is lacking in typical mannerisms… he hunches over, skitters about, doesn’t always pay attention, and has bad hygiene. I expect that the ghost body he’s inhabiting will be refined by the time I need one. Maybe Welby can get a better one too.
