Lake Kalligan

Lake Kalligan, sometimes called the Dark Sea, is the largest Subterranean body of water. It is located in an enormous central north atrium. Its water is inky black due to a mixture of murk and pollution from the surface. This water flows in from Chilp Lake above.
The duergar city of Glundrikor is positioned on Lake Kalligan's southern shore. Ships transport goods along the lake's east and west rivers, connecting the Spiritroots and Snavon as an underground sea lane.
Rumors claim that Lake Kalligan is home to a gargantuan monster. For this reason, ships traveling on the Dark Sea hug the southern shore.
