Mistveil

Mistveil is a town in the Bazen Lowlands in the Kazzin Forest situated on the edge of the Bazen River. It is named for its proximity to the river as well as Bazen Falls along the cliffside to the north. The town is shaped like a tennis racket, with most buildings placed along one elliptical road with the docks at one end. The entry road leads to a T-intersection of the circular road, where Bird's Eye Tower provides the town guards with a distant and central view. A small central park sits within the center of the ellipse, surrounded by buildings and accessible via wide alleys. Mistveil is surrounded by a simple wooden fence, fit for stalling a disorderly hoard of goblins should one arrive. A handful of forested farms are positioned outside of the fence along with the meadery. Farmers thresh their grains at riverside watermills, and woodcutters and carpenters construct boats to ship excess goods throughout the Bazen Kingdom. The most popular of the town's exports are the honey and mead produced by the Golden Bee Meadery.
