House Vlommengar continues to be the worst offender, carelessly defiling the ocean with soot, oil, and shrapnel from their factories. I’d like to discuss ways to teach them their lesson when next we meet.

I’m aware that you want to focus your attention to House Modus first. Whatever secret they’re hiding, I would predict that it is hidden deep within Fort Kuma.
