Sheriff Navlar Karock

Navlar Karock is the self-appointed sheriff of the village of Salmund. He is a strong, muscular dwarven man with streaks of grey in his black beard. He fights with plate armor, a shield, and a battleaxe. Since Salmund has no government, Karock is also effectively the town's mayor, and he takes both jobs very seriously. He keeps meticulous records of the town's taxes, expenditures, and guards.

After the ordeal with the Order of the Emerald Feather, Karock came into possession of two pairs of sending stones.
