Once wielded by the leader of the Order of the Emerald Feather, this ornate gilded staff is topped by a green primal crystal shaped like a pine branch or a spiky flame. From a side angle, the crystal resembles a feather.

Staff of Charming. While holding this staff, you can use an action to expend 1 of its 10 charges to cast charm person, command, or comprehend languages from it using your spell save DC. The staff can also be used as a magic quarterstaff. The staff regains 1d8 + 2 expended charges daily at dawn.

Entrancing Plume. Your charisma score increases by 2 while attuned to this staff, to a maximum of 20.

Telepathy Boost. Any feature you have or effect you are under that allows you to communicate telepathically has its range doubled. This includes class features, racial features, and spells such as message and find familiar.
