The Red Hand

The Red Hand is a gang based in Solaki. They are known for moving dangerous drugs across southern Archestria, as well as instigating violence and murder to protect and maintain their operations.
The gang is named for its initiation process. A prospective member must prove their devotion by murdering a given target (often an innocent person) and soaking their hands in the victim's blood.
