Eaglewatch

Eaglewatch is a major fortress built by Sarton to defend the border with Khazdul. It defends a strategically important mountain pass. Unlike Ravenwatch, it was not destroyed during the Khazdulian Invasion of Sarton.

History

The Khazdulian army never actually attacked Eaglewatch. According to sources, a scouting party reported that the fortress was "unbreachable" and thus the fort was left alone. What they didn't know, however, was that at the time it was garrisoned by only 12 gunslingers, 5 of which were merely apprentices.
