Oswin II is the king of Sarton, one of the most powerful nations in the continent. Though a previous gunslinger himself, he has been swamped with his duties as a king and has remained in the capital for most of his reign. He was born in 101 G.L. and became ruler in 130 G.L. at 29 years old.
