Composition

Manpower

There are roughly 50 men per battalion. Although this seems like a small amount, there are only roughly 500 gunslingers throughout the entire kingdom. With superior firepower and training, a single gunslinger is usually considered to be worth at least 10 normal soldiers.

Equipment

10 days of rations, rope, a canteen, flint and steel, canvas tents, and food for animals (horse + bird), are all things that each individual gunslinger may carry. One unusual type of equipment gunslingers use is birds for messaging and scouting. Everyone has their own, usually a crow, hawk, or raven. No magic is used, but they are highly trained and attached to their owners.

Weaponry

Each gunslinger wields a six-shot revolver, or long rifle. Although owning both would likely maximize versatility, it would be far too expensive for the kingdom to afford. Guns are typically passed down through the family, and possessing one is a symbol of nobility.

Vehicles

Each gunslinger is a skilled rider, having a personal horse. Most of their horses are bred for speed rather than sturdiness, given the open plains region the kingdom is situated in.
