This tear shall help us all. We have nothing to fear since now we control those who stalk us through the night. Every monster will now face their crimes.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

This artifact works by both controlling the element of earth and mind control. The artifact has up to four charges and a charge is regained every time the holder slays a monster. One charge can be used to imprison most monster in stone in as well as to undo this effect. Two charges can be used to enslave up to mid level monster. Four Can be used to enslave almost every monster. Three charges can be used to summon a monster the owner has killed. Three Charges can be used to bound monsters. This item is theorized to be able to destroyed if a god's blood is pored on it and then it is submerged in to the blood of monster by its child with a human.
