Tribes of Ashklana

Ashklana is a tribal confederation made up of Dragonborn, Lizardfolk, Tortles, and Kobolds. They compete in a tournament for the title of Khan. Anywho wins the tournament gets to lead all the tribes, however they never truly come together until times of war and invasion.
