Second daughter of King Bethral Beth and Queen Pallas of Graunt.
Twin sister to Maitiu.
Torintha was a strong supporter of her elder brother Carn the Usurper, and joined him with her twin brother Maitiu on his voyage to Vaina and back. Some would say the journey to Vaina "gave her ideas," but Torintha was notoriously independent even in her youth. She was rumored to have taken many lovers, both men and women, and though she rarely confirmed this talk, she seemed to take no shame from it. She was also a skilled bowyer, and would ultimately lead a company of archers for Prince Carn during the Third Brothers Rebellion. She served on the Usurper's council as the unofficial Warchief.
Torintha lost an eye during the Third Brothers Rebellion, leaving her with the title One-Eyed Tori. After Prince Carn's fall and execution, the Princess fled into the Boarswood, where she had oft hunted in her youth, and would eventually become a notorious bandit in the Fiirwood. She was rumored to lead a band of over a hundred brigands before mysteriously vanishing late in her life, having never been caught. She was last heard of in 100 NA and is assumed to have died that year, or in the Winter of 99 NA.
