Sunhold Council
The Sunhold council is the Legislative body of The Sunhold Compact Confederacy. The council is made up of the leaders or their appointed representative of each of the 11 city states. Council decisions are decided by vote with each member's vote carrying the proportionate weight of the population of their administrative region.
