Demography and Population

The vale is home almost exclusively to elves. There are perhaps less than 1,000 Humans, Half-Elves, and Dwarves in the Vale at any Given time.

Foreign Relations

The Elves have a very isolationist stance toward the rest of Areldia. They do engage in limited trade, but they are not involved in much else. - The Deepwood keeps them separated from the other races of Areldia.
