High Emperor

High Emperor (Old Havlic: itsinasɛ́nos) is the title given to the current ruler of the Havlic Empire (aka. the High Empire).
The title was first used by Ixosonipsa, he established the new Havlic Empire after successfully conquering Ebesson and declared himself "High Emperor", signifying his absolute authority mandated by the deification of his father Emperor Zɛndaruxos . The title would then be used by all subsequent rulers.
