Karunate of Tenku

The Karunate of Tenku, or simply Tenku, is a Noken state in northern Himixia inhabited by the Kafivami people.
Tenku is a "Karunate" which is a form of government in which the karu has power. A karu was originally a political and spiritual leader, the head of government and the head of the state religion. Later on the term broadened to refer to a group of people like an aristocracy or oligarchy.
