No-Man Lands
The No-Man Lands between the Carwold and To Synoro were never particularly rich, and since the rise of the Feuding Kingdoms were kept as borderlands. Castles and newer fortresses mark the borders of the Kingdoms, with the burnt and broken land between uninhabited except by soldiers, sheltering in castles or dug into earthworks.
