Rinburn II is primarily remembered for the statue of Winhope. He sought to build a great statue of his namesake, but no reference for his appearance could be found. He modeled for the sculptor himself, giving rise to the legend that Rinburn First-King was born again in his line and returned to rule his kingdom. He had two daughters but no sons, and before his death proclaimed that the king’s eldest daughter should become Queen if he had no sons.
