The Wings of Change
The Wings of Change had initially been the code word used for the group of revolutionaries that would attempt to seize control of the local government of Uji and assassinate prominent government figures as part of a larger nation-wide uprising in the year 1206 ATC. Although its members perished as martyrs during The Red Autumn of 1206 in the The Ukedaya Affair, their name has become a symbol for all Kyokan revolutionaries, and would be used by other groups during the following Kyokan Revolution.
