Winter Solstice Massacre
Toward the beginning of 1203 ATC, during the 22nd reign in Flamelle, a massive coup was staged by the Circle of Aima Axio against the Royal Family, with aims of assassinating the entire royal line and destroying the Capital City in addition. While much of the plan was subverted thanks to the efforts of The Heroes of Romaire, the assassinations of all but one of the members of the royal family did occur prior to the heroes' arrival at the palace.
