Executive Governor Avlamir Daymantle is the eldest son of Scalanis (elf) and Istrome (human) of House Daymantle, a wealthy noble house in Smouldervault. His mother, Istrome, hails from Halanhur. His father, Scalanis, was born and raised in Smouldervault.
Avlamir graduated from the King's College campus of Runeshrine University in 1083 YGP with a degree in Economics. He was then hired as an associate economics advisor to the Consortium International of Tradesmen before pursuing and completing, a graduate degree in Supranational Economics from Arkanehall University in Ferrostone. After his studies, he returned to the CIT as a deputy director to the CIT Board of Directors overseeing international commerce. Over the course of a few years, he climbed the bureaucratic ladder and was eventually offered a position as one of CIT's chief officers. Stunningly, however, he chose to join the King's small council in Edmund's Bridge instead. There, he assisted the King of Alandr on matters of economics and commerce until the conclusion of the First International War when he was appointed by the King to become the Executive Director of the Taqqadiyan Protectorate.
