Umberhold's slimy human mayor and Baron Lestaine's sycophantic lackey. Iancu was "elected" mayor of Umberhold in 1130 YGP, handily beating the opposition candidate, Zilan Dahlei. Everyone knows the election was a sham, but folks are too browbeaten to protest. Life is hard enough.
Iancu lives in the Mayor's Mansion, but spends most of his time in Lestaine Manor. He is guarded constantly by Graveguard regulars.
