Lord Gerris Etchibury Three-Bear

The feudal lord of Lostbreak, Lord Gerris Three-Bear, sought an alliance with House Grange of Cinderscar during the Meridian War because of "an intolerable injustice being done against Lostbreak by the Crown." According to records, a significant sum of money was stolen from Lord Three-Bear by a conniving low-level bureaucrat who subsequently fled to Ferrostone. Later, however, he chose to form a free city from his holdings: The Free City of Lostbreak. King Arkan, concerned with the Meridian War, allowed Lord Three-Bear's gamble to succeed. But the Lord of Lostbreak did not escape without punishment. He is forbidden from entering Arkanmere, punishable by death.
Lord Three-Bear is unmarried and unlikely to do so. The future of his estate is uncertain as he is the sole executor of the Free City.
