The Wild Huntsman

The man simply known as The Wild Huntsman is a servant of Vortigern, The Aspect of the Hunt. Shedding his identity long ago in service of something greater, The Wild Huntsman is tasked with protecting civilization from the encroaching wilds.
Despite his apathy, and sometimes coldness for mortals in general, he does relish in completing his hunts and the tales of mortals taking up his torch and standing beside him as the bulwark against the chaos. He and his followers are scattered across the realms and echos, taking up roles as defenders of their homes. Some of his more extreme followers actively travel, seeking out great beasts and putting them down before they become the next great threat.

Physical Appearance

The Huntsman is clad in full black armor of iron, frosted over by the blizzards that herald his arrival. His mantle the black fur of the first beast he slew as Aspect of the Hunt. His remaining good eye glow from behind his visor with an unearthly shine shared by his hounds and hawks.
The Huntsman is likely the most skilled marksman to ever grace Argent, his aim meaning death for those unprepared. Moreover, He is also very skilled in martial fighting styles and hand to hand combat, and even a little bit of magic.

Mental characteristics

The Huntsman is motivated by his duty to uphold, not that he doesn't enjoy the thrill of the hunt. Haunted by his greatest failure, preventing fiends from consuming Omen'an, The Huntsman doesn't rest until his task has finished.

History

While their paths crossed in their mortal lives, The man that would become Wild Huntsman give very little attention to the woman that would The Ashen Wolf. Now, after becoming an Aspect, it is the Huntsman's duty to slay the fiend that is the Ashen Wolf. The two of them have fought before, the Wolf taking the Hunter's eye and the Hunter taking the Wolf's fang. Without either side having a clear advantage, the two wage war against each other through the use of their warlocks and faithful.
