The Peoples of the Chantisian Peninsula were among some of the first to settle Caesin.
Their ancestors likely came from the central and western regions of Tibur, making them unfamiliar with seafaring, but skilled traders.
The Chantisian Peoples are mainly Humans, Elves, and Halfelf, with smaller populations of Dragonborn and Halfscale.
