Symptoms

Obsession with gathering of supplies for a long expedition. If the madness takes someone while away from their place of wilderness they often take off at a run heading towards some unseen point without care for the path they take, and are latter found at the base of a cliff face crushed and mangled still attempting to head the call. None known save for putting the person into a drug induced comma but this prolongs the death as the magic warps the mind beyond any form of control even over the simplest of functions

History

The first recorded full onset of Magical Madness was a Sorcerer by the name of Merloc latter Dubbed Merloc the Mad he secluded himself to a tower as the madness began to overtake him, and locked himself inside with a verbal passphrase he knew he would forget in his madness.
