Current elected ruler of the City State of New Hope.
Supported by a council of:

• Advisors: Trusted advisors who assists in making decisions and provide guidance on a range of issues, such as economics, foreign affairs, military strategy, and law. They are experts in their respective fields and able to provide well-informed advice to the Minarch.
• Administrators: A team of administrators to help manage the day-to-day operations of the city-state. This would include overseeing the collection of taxes, managing public services such as water and sanitation, and ensuring that the city-state's infrastructure is well-maintained.
• Law Enforcement: Law enforcement officials to maintain law and order in the city-state.
• Military: With a strong military background, the current Minarch places a lot of value in New Hope’s military preparedness and discipline, as such the input of military council members is vital.
• Diplomats: A team of skilled diplomats to manage New Hope's relationships with other city-states and nations. These diplomats negotiate treaties, trade agreements, and other diplomatic arrangements that benefit New Hope.
