The Hastings Family, as one of the premiere noble families in the creation of the union they moved into the baharuth empire after the war to strengthen their influence, and they took a lot of their enormous trade empire they had build throughout the Western Union and the Trakun Kingdom with them. Soon after they grew to be a dominant force in the merchant guild of The Baharuth Empire , and through good connections with Straff van Baharuth they also expanded their political influence at a staggering pace.
Nowadays they have not yet reached the Influence of for example the Ghallager Family but they aren´t to far off either. And ever since the War broke out again they have been desperatly trying to stand against it at every turn which put them into the scope of many pro war families in Luthadell.
