Kobolds

Similar to Ratmen, kobolds were once a slave race to the massive Primordials. A lizard like species resembling stunted Dragonborn, some scholars theorized that kobolds were born from the Primordials torturing disobedient Dragonborn deep in the underdark, until they emerged malformed.
Typically timid and shy, Kobolds can also be unpredictable and vicious when cornered, but in light of recent events in the 3rd age have become somewhat more accepted in common Arkos society.
