Underlight

Underlight is a large underwater city near the eastern coast of Crescentia. Inhabited by the civilized members of the Undersea Tribes of Arkos, it serves as a cultured hub for the folk of the sea that wish for civility but know they may not be welcome on land. Incredibly beautiful and capable of producing its own luminescence, the city is constructed out of large sea staples, including coral, shells and whatever material the denizens manage to bring to the chasm the city resides in.
At its center lies Underlight Palace, an incredible spire that towers over Underlight. The nobles of Underlight meet here, the body of ruling families that serve as Underlight's governors and protectors. Typically, one family from each tribe is represented, as to make sure all citizens are equally represented.
